Camille Savoy

Camille Savoy was struck from behind by a motorist on November 9, 2008 while cycling north on route 9W, a popular route for area road cyclists. He passed away on November 26 after nearly two weeks in a medical coma.

Camille was a jewelery designer, an avid and well known cyclist and much loved by many friends and family. A memorial ride was held for him on December 7, 2008 to dedicate his ghost bike at the crash spot.
