Jeffrey was killed by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bike. According to his friends, who emailed us when they found someone had installed a ghost bike in his memory, Jeffrey was an artsy and funny kid. They all signed his ghostbike with messages to him.

He was a 2008 graduate of Dublin Scioto High School and also
just finished his 2nd year at Columbus College of Art & Design and
was majoring in illustration. Jeff was at CCAD on a scholarship and had
just made the dean's list. Jeff is survived by his mother, Jackie L.
Stevenson; grandparents, Fred L. Stevenson and Bobbie Smith; uncles,
Fred M. Stevenson, Richard L. Stevenson (Donna); cousins, Lindsey and
Liz Stevenson, Mason and Garrett Stevenson. He is preceded in death by
his grandmother Grace Stevenson and his aunt Judy Stevenson.
