Donna Goodson was killed by a truck on Rockaway Parkway and Avenue D. They were both traveling southbound on Rockaway Parkway when the truck made a right turn onto Avenue D without checking to make sure there was anyone in the right lane. No charges were filed. Donna is survived by her mother and her teenage daughter.
