Jose Rincon

Jose Rincon and a friend were riding bikes on Broadway Blvd near Harrison, when they were both struck by a drunk driver, who also left the accident. They were riding out of the way, on the shoulder of the road, and the woman in the 2005 Dodge Magnum was at 3 times the legal limit for drinking and driving. The friend escaped with injuries only, but Jose unfortunately died at the scene. A tragic loss of a fine youth, who was simply doing what he loved.
